Braun, Lilian Jackson. The Cat Who Robbed a Bank. New York: G. P. Putnam’s Sons, 1999. ISBN: 0-399-14570-2.
This is a fun new addition to the “Cat Who” series and continues with the same zest, same old characters (and some new ones) and the same fine cats, Koko and Yum Yum. Koko is still up to solving the crimes before Qwilleran does. If Qwilleran could just figure out the clues he’s given before instead of after he gets the hard evidence!
A good read, up to normal “Cat Who” standards.
Braun, Lilian Jackson. The Cat Who Saw Stars. New York: G. P. Putnam’s Sons, 1999. ISBN: 0-515-12739-6. (ISBN refers to the Jove edition, January 2000).
I found this “Cat Who” book a little bit less engaging than the others, but still a fun read. Perhaps I was (am) put off by the fact that it includes UFOs, discussion of which I detest!
